Gabriella Velazquez (she/her)

Gabriella Velazquez is a Learning Specialist for Cornerstone Connect through the Office of Disability Resources. Gabriella provides individualized executive functioning coaching to students enrolled in Cornerstone Connect to assist in their transition to Purchase College. In addition, Gabriella collaborates with her fellow Learning Specialist in Cornerstone Connect to facilitate a weekly social skills support group and coordinate social events for students in the program.

Before joining the Office of Disability Resources, Gabriella worked at Manhattanville College where she was the Accommodations Coordinator for the Center for Student Accessibility as well as the Coordinator for the college’s program designated for students with an ASD diagnosis.

Outside of work, Gabriella enjoys spending time with her family and friends, going to farmer’s markets, hiking, concerts, and trying new coffee recipes.
