Arts Financial Collective is a benefit corporation that provides arts entrepreneurs with the tools and resources to achieve their financial goals and learn about finances. Its mission is to empower arts entrepreneurs to build sustainable careers from college to retirement by connecting them to financial literacy workshops and professionals specializing in the arts.

The company does this in three ways:

  • The first is with a website that provides free financial tools and resources that apply specifically to arts entrepreneurs.

  • The second is that when those arts entrepreneurs are ready to take the next step with their financial planning, they can utilize the collective of financial professionals that specialize in the arts available to them through our network.

  • Arts Financial Collective tackles the problem of financial literacy in the arts head on, offering free workshops in conjunction with arts colleges, arts unions and our other key partners that address financial literacy at the beginning of an artist’s education, when it’s most important, to cement these skills necessary for success.

The time is now to take the steps necessary to provide financial literacy resources to the arts community in the New York area and other arts communities in the United States, empowering them with the tools to grow their careers and plan for the future.
