Controller - Purchase College Association
Responsible for managing all Finance activities including Budgeting, Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, & Payroll. Working with external auditors in preparation of annual financial statements and tax returns. Informing and presenting all business activities to the Board of Directors. Monitoring cash flow with purpose of investing in the proper portfolios. Assisting in managing a team that provides auxiliary services to the college community. Implementing and maintaining strict policies, procedures and internal controls. Overseeing contract negotiations to acquire maximum services and highest commissions . Strategically planning & exploring various options to generate additional revenue to support the College in providing Scholarships.
