Student Project Submission Workshops
Need help submitting your senior project, senior capstone, or master’s theses? Learn all you need to know by attending one of our Student Project Submission Workshops!
ln order to be included in the Library’s Digital Online Repository, all senior projects, senior capstones, and master’s theses must be submitted to the Purchase College Library via the Student Project Portal, a submission system within MyHeliotrope. The deadline is Tuesday, May 14th.
Librarians are here to help and will walk you through submitting your student projects!
Please join us for any of the following workshops:
- Faculty-only workshop (via Zoom): Wed 5/1, 3pm-5pm; This workshop covers the procedures for first and second readers.
- In-person, drop-in workshop: Mon 5/6, 2pm-5pm in LIB 1004D
- Zoom drop-in workshops: Tues 5/7, 2pm-6pm and Tues 5/14, 7pm-10pm
We have step-by-step instructions, including screenshots, for both students and faculty readers, for navigating the submission process on the Student Project Guide. The guide walks you through setting up your Portal space, adding your second reader, and submitting your project title, abstract, and PDF. The guide also provides instructions for first and second readers.
