Opera Alumnus Places Third in International Competition

Voice & Opera Alumnus Bryan Murray (MM ’15, AD ’16) placed Third in the prestigious Mirjam Helin International Singing Competition.

The Mirjam Helin International Singing Competition is one of the world’s leading singing competitions. Many of its former prizewinners have later risen to the top of the world of singing. Designed for outstanding young singers, it is known for its high standard, exacting repertoire, superb prizes and prestigious Jury.

Bryan was the only American selected as a finalist and received third place.

Bryan is also a third generation professional opera singer.
