Leadership Transition
President Thomas J. Schwarz announced to the Purchase community his plans to step down following the 2018–2019 academic year.
Citing the fiscal, administrative, and academic strength of the college, Schwarz believes the time is right for a leadership transition.
Schwarz will spend much of the 2018–19 academic year traveling the country visiting with alumni as well as conducting research on senior learning and living communities to discover best practices and inform the plans for Broadview, the senior learning community in development here at Purchase.

Officer in Charge Dennis Craig
Vice President for Student Affairs and Enrollment Management Dennis Craig will serve as the Office in Charge effective August 27, 2018–April 8, 2019.
