Faculty Handbook 2015–16
Your school or conservatory can provide stationery and information on mailing letters when conducting university business. (Most offices also have an electronic version of departmental stationery available—in .dot format, a Microsoft Word template—for email correspondence.) The campus mail services department will not collect stamped mail, and the use of university stationery and postage for personal correspondence is not permitted. Personal letters should be mailed at U.S. Postal Service mailboxes: one is located in the outside lobby of the campus central mailroom, located next to the bookstore.
