Please note: While the 2007–2011 NYS/UUP Agreement expired on July 1, 2011, the vast majority of the benefit provisions in the agreement do not sunset. For example, the health insurance benefits remain in place for all eligible employees.
The UUP chapter office is providing updates, as available, on the collective bargaining process for the next agreement, and updates are being posted on the UUP website, www.uupinfo.org. After the new agreement is ratified, the benefits section of this handbook will be updated to reflect any relevant changes.
