The Center for Production Services (CPS), located on the lower level of the library, is the campus media-production support facility. Its services are available to all campus offices, students, and student organizations, as well as the Neuberger Museum of Art, Performing Arts Center, and off-campus groups using college facilities. It provides:

  • support for faculty, staff, classes, and individual students by training and mentoring in digital production equipment and nonlinear editing programs (e.g., Audacity, Movie Maker, iMovie, Final Cut Pro)

  • professional video, audio, and photographic services, ensuring that the college’s most important events are documented, edited, archived, and duplicated, and available on the college’s website as needed

  • management of the college’s multicamera TV production studio, used by broadcast journalism classes and other academic programs

The Center for Production Services reports to the School of the Arts. Stacey-Jo Marine, executive assistant to the dean, oversees and coordinates the CPS, and provides expertise in production management to faculty, staff, classes, and individual students as a production advisor for student-produced events (e.g., senior projects produced in unfamiliar territories and events funded by the Purchase Student Government Association).
