LibQUAL+™

Welcome to the Purchase College LibQUAL+™ survey.  LibQUAL+™ is intended to gauge:

• library users' attitudes toward the Purchase College Library
• overall level of satisfaction with the library’s services

LibQUAL+™ helps us to:

• identify service strengths and areas needing improvement
• inform strategic planning process

LibQUAL+™ results will also enable:

• comparison of service quality with peer institutions (within and outside of the SUNY system)
• development of benchmarks
• understanding of best practices across institutions.
