All full-time and part-time UUP Faculty and Staff and MC employees are required to complete an electronic monthly time record and submit requests for time-off via the electronic Time and Attendance System (TAS). A guide to assist employees (faculty and staff) in completing an electronic TAS time record has been made available as a Power Point presentation. All UUP hourly paid non-student employee, classified employees and student workers are required to currently submit biweekly paper time records.

Guidelines for Student Hours of Employment:
Student Assistant hours of employment are limited to 20 hours per week while classes are in session.
International Students are limited per USCIS regulations to working no more than 20 hours per week while school is in session.
Student Assistants may work more than one job on the Student Assistant payroll but may not exceed 20 hours or work per week combined between positions.
During academic breaks and the summer Student Assistants may work a maximum of 29 hours
