Room Selection Timeline
Current on Campus residents go online to complete their license agreement and group roster beginning February 18, 2008.
If you are staying in the same space:
Your group’s group roster and all license agreements must be submitted online by March 14, 2008 at 5 pm
Applying for a Special Community:
Sophomore Year Experience, Cultural Immersion,
Gender Neutral, SHiFT (transfer)
Applications are available in the complex offices February 20th. All applications are due March 10th at 12:00 pm. Notifications will be made by March 12th
If you are applying for the Apartments:
4 or 6 Person & PREP
Your group’s group roster and all license agreements must be submitted online by March 14, 2008 by 5 pm
Apartment Selection: Tuesday March 25th
All groups will be emailed their specific selection times.
** PREP will be assigned to available spaces**
If you’re applying to the Residence Halls
Suites, Singles, & Triples
Your group’s group roster and all license agreements must be submitted online by March 26, 2008 by 5 pm
Doubles
Your group’s group roster and all license agreements must be submitted online by March 28, 2008 at 5 pm
Residence Hall Selection:
All groups will be emailed their specific selection times.
Suites, Singles Triples: Friday March 28th
Doubles: Wednesday April 2, 2008
Current residents that want to be guaranteed a space for the Fall 2008 semester must pay a deposit and submit their license agreement by April 2, 2008 at 5 pm.
