Gender Neutral housing is a continued pilot program for students looking to live in an environment of reduced gender limitations. This is located in the Commons. If the demand is great enough, it will expand into the Olde.  Gender Neutral Housing ApplicationSHiFT (Supportive Housing For Transfers) is for current students looking to live with incoming transfers to aid in their transition to Purchase.  It is located in Fort Awesome, the Olde and the Commons. 

Cultural Immersion housing is for international and domestic students who want to live together and focus on a cultural exchange Non-Application.    Cultural Immersion Application  and Cultural Immersion Re-Appication

Wellness Housing in Outback Residence Hall is for those students who wish to live in a community without the presence of nicotine, alcohol or illegal drugs.

Graduate/Non-traditional student housing will be available in the apartments.  If a student is at least 24 years of age, or a graduate student, they may choose to reside in this option. You do not need to fill all the spaces in the apartment, one can sign up by space. 

PREP Housing (Purchase Residence Extension Program) is a housing option that provides housing over breaks when the college residential facilities are closed. You do not need to fill all the spaces in the apartment, one can sign up for a single space.   All spaces are apartment singles in Alumni Village.  You either sign up for full year (May-May) or academic year (Aug– May).  You will be assigned an apartment, matching academic year together and full year together.  We cannot guarantee apartment mate preferences.
