The Registrar's Office is located on the first floor of the Student Services Building. Students can register for classes on the web or in person during specified registration periods. Payment for course registrations for Continuing Education nonmatriculated students and senior citizen auditors may be made at Student Accounts, also located on the first floor of the Student Services Building.

Important registration note:  Registration for course(s) means you assume responsibility for paying all tuition and fees associated with your registration.  Unless you drop courses or withdraw from the College by the published deadlines, you are responsible for the charges even if you do not attend a single class.  The liability and refund policy is available on the Student Financial Services web page.

  • Spring 2010 Add/Drop period: January 20 - January 26
  • Deadline for New York State Residency Applications: Tuesday, January 26
  • Last day to apply for Pass/No Credit: Tuesday, February 9
  • Last day to Withdraw from a course: Tuesday, March 23
  • Spring Recess: March 27 - April 4
  • Advising Week:  Monday, April 5 - Friday April 9
  • Fall 2010 registration begins: Monday, April 12  See the Fall 2010 Registration Guide for more details.
  • Last day of Spring 2010 classes: Tuesday, May 11
  • Final Exam Week:  Wednesday, May 5 - Tuesday, May 11
  • Commencement: Friday, May 14

Graduation Application Deadlines
Applications for graduation are due to the Registrar’s Office at the end of your junior year. Deadlines are as follows:

  • May 2011 graduation: due no later than Wednesday, April 25, 2010
  • August 2011 graduation: due no later than Wednesday, April 25, 2010

All students must submit a graduation application along with their track sheet by the deadline in order to graduate. Graduation applications are available online through Forms link on the Registrar's homepage.
