An academic transcript is a record of each credit course a student enrolled in during his/her tenure at Purchase College. It lists the course numbers, titles, credits and the grades.
Requests for transcripts must be made in person or in writing, or by fax. Signed authorization is required prior to expedition of a transcript.
NOTE: As of May 2009, students can now submit transcript requests via the National Student Clearinghouse online.
IN PERSON: Transcripts may be requested at the Registrar's desk in the Student Services Building, room 113, during normal business hours.
VIA MAIL: You may request transcripts via mail using the form below. If you cannot accesss the form, include in a letter the information listed below. Mail your request to: Registrar’s Office, Purchase College, 735 Anderson Hill Road, Purchase, NY 10577.
VIA FACSIMILE: You may request official transcripts via fax. Include all information listed below to (914) 251-6373. NOTE: Fax requests are handled in the same manner as mailed requests. They are not given any priority when processing.
NOTE: As of August 2006, there is NO ADDITIONAL FEE for transcripts.

Regardless of how ordered, transcripts are not provided immediately upon request. It takes approximately 3-5 business days to process transcripts. During our busy periods, it can take up to 5-7 business days.

Note: If you are requesting multiple transcripts to be sent to the same address, please use only one request form and mark the number you need. There is a limit of twenty (20) transcripts that may be requested at one time. If there is an extenuating circumstance that occurs which makes it necessary for you to receive more that 20 at one time, please contact the office at (914)251-6365.
