Our Mission

The Facilities Management Department of The State University of New York, College at Purchase is responsible for the operation, maintenance and repair of all existing college facilities. The Department of Facilities Management is a service organization. Our mission is to enable the college to carry out its overall mission by continually improving the quality of our services to meet our customers needs. From custodial operations, repairing building systems and providing heat and air conditioning, to providing expertise on the design and construction of new buildings, the department is deeply involved in the life and mission of Purchase College.
