Matriculated students must submit, with application, a transcript and a letter of recommendation from a faculty member at your institution.

All applications are due by March 15th, 2006. Early application is encouraged, since the elective courses will be filled based on the date of receipt of your application.

For those accepted, a $200 nonrefundable deposit must be paid by April 15th, 2006.
