7th Annual Jazz Institute: How to Register

Register Early!
Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. Because of anticipated demand and limited space, we encourage you to register early. Register by March 2, 2009 to receive the early registration discount.

Discounts
A family enrolling more than one child in any Summer Youth or Precollege Program may enroll the second (and third) child at the second-child discounted rate. Early registration discounts apply only for registrations received by March 2, 2009. Purchase College Employees and Alumni receive the same discounted rate.

By Mail
Send the registration form (one for each student) with a check or money order payable to Purchase College. If paying by VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover, include the credit card authorization form with the registration form. Send registration form and payment to:
