Academic Management Team: 2014–15
Facilitates the coordination of academic affairs planning, assessment, personnel matters, and other related operational work. Attendees are determined by the agenda. Often some members of this team will not be required to attend. Likewise, colleagues who are not on this list will be asked (or may request) to attend.

Administrative Planning and Academic Affairs Coordination (APAAC): 2014–15
Expanded to include directors across the campus who are not directors of teaching units but are leaders who play a critical role in accomplishing the mission of the institution. Like the Academic Management Team, this group focuses on annual planning that facilitates academic-year operations. An especially important function of this group is the dissemination of critical information and data to create transparency across areas. Agendas will be a mix of topics, ranging from updates on short-term goals and clarifying deadlines to longer-range issues like strategic planning, reaccreditation, assessment, etc.
