Coordinator- Resident Life

Description:  We are seeking an experienced professional capable of: Management of a 300 bed first year student residential facility; Selection, training, and supervision of approximately 10 student staff members; Participation in an on-call duty rotation and serve as low level judicial hearing officer; Instruction of one first-year seminar course in the fall semester; Participate on the campus wide orientation planning committee and the academic at-risk committee; Re[resent the department and division on various campus-wide committees.

Qualifications:  Master’s degree in higher education administration, a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.  Experience in working with first year students, residence life building management and student supervision preferred.  The successful candidate must have the ability to work some evenings and weekends and have the ability to think wide open.

 

Salary: Low 30’s plus housing and meal allowance.
