Helpdesk Technician

Description:
Qualifications: Demonstrated strong experience supporting Mac and Windows computers in a networked environment; ability to install and configure computer hardware and software; ability to perform minor repairs of hardware; experience troubleshooting network problems with a variety of personal computers. The successful candidate must work well under pressure, possess excellent customer service skills, and be able to work collegially and effectively in a team environment. A bachelor’s degree -or- one-year full-time previous work experience supporting desktop computers is preferred, but not required. Previous experience working in higher education is highly desirable.
Please note: this is a one-year full-time temporary position.
Salary: $40,000
