CTS Technical Support Helpdesk
The CTS Technical Support Helpdesk will provide you with assistance and support for any technology issues you may encounter. We help students get their ResNet connections going, and provide remote and on-site assistance for faculty and staff computers and software.
CTS can also arrange a mobile computing cart for your class, set up a videoconference, help you with e-mail problems, or get you set up for unified messaging.
Expanded Service Hours
CTS has expanded our hours of operation during the semester. We will be open 8 am to 10pm Monday through Thursday, and 8 am to 7 pm on Friday. We are closed on Saturday and Sunday. When classes are not in session, office hours are Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5:00 pm. You may contact CTS via telephone at 914-251-6465, by fax at 914-251-6493, or by logging into the CTS Work Order System to submit a work request.
