CTS Technical Support Helpdesk
The CTS Technical Support Helpdesk will provide you with assistance and support for any technology issues you may encounter. We help students get their ResNet connections going, and provide remote and on-site assistance for faculty and staff computers and software.
CTS can also arrange a mobile computing cart for your class, set up a videoconference, help you with e-mail problems, or get you set up for unified messaging.
Expanded Service Hours
CTS has expanded our hours of operation during the semester. We are open Mon-Thur 8am-9:45pm, Fri 8am-6:45pm. When classes are not in session we are open Mon-Fri 8am-4:45pm.
