A. Mediation services
Persons or groups who are involved in a conflict may submit their dispute for mediation. Mediation is a voluntary, confidential, and non-judgmental dispute resolution process. The parties in a dispute agree to meet with a trained mediator who will assist them in developing a signed contract to resolve their conflict. Typical disputes appropriate for mediation may include but are not limited to: phone bills, personal property damage, roommate conflicts, etc. Mediation services are not available for disputes related to academic issues, or incidents of aggressive, violent, and/or threatening behavior (please see Community Standards of Conduct code #s III.A, C.1, C.2, C.3, C.4, C.8, C.9, C10, E.1, and F.3).
