| 12:30 p.m. |
Faculty & Staff proceed to the main lobby area, form a double-sided line and wait at the back of the main arena. Upon receiving a cue from the staff marshals, the faculty and staff will be led by the faculty marshals, and they will all proceed to the front of the arena down the center aisle. Once reaching the stage area, the faculty and staff will be directed to the steps to access the stage. On-stage seating will be completed from the back seats to the front. (Mace-carrier and faculty marshals will be seated with the Platform Party).
| 12:40 p.m. | Once Faculty and Staff are seated on the main stage, the Platform Party is cued to process down the center aisle. The Platform Party is lead by the Mace-carrier and will be seated on the main stage in their assigned seats. The President is the last person in the Platform Party procession. | |

| 3:15 p.m. |
With any luck, the ceremony will end at approximately 3:15 p.m. Stay in your seats until your row is released by the staff marshals. The President and the Platform Party depart first, followed by the faculty and staff (exiting front rows to back rows), and then the graduates (the staff marshals will direct students to exit starting with the front rows to back rows). Keep moving until you have reached the open area in front of the County Center. Please do not stop in the lobby as it backs up the graduates in the arena. Join us immediately after the commencement for the President's Wine and Cheese reception in the 2nd floor conference room at the County Center.
