Re-applications for students currently residing in Cultural Immersion apartments will be sent directly to those students on Monday, February 4, and will be due Monday, February 11.

New applications for both Cultural Immersion and Gender-Neutral housing, and reapplications for current gender neutral housing residents, will open on Monday, February 11, 2013. Your application must be submitted via the survey by Friday, February 22, 2013 at 5 pm.  Notifications will be made by 11:59 PM, Wednesday, February 27, 2013.

If you're staying in the same space (squatting):

Your License Agreement and Group Roster must be submitted online by Monday, March 4, 2013 at 5 pm. REMEMBER - to squat, you must have 50% of your room/suite/apartment RETURNING, and you must fill the remainder of the space, unless you are in PREP or in graduate/nontraditional housing.

If you're applying for the Apartments:

3 person, 4 Person, PREP, 6 Person, Gender Neutral 4-person, & Displaced:

Your License Agreement and Group Roster must be submitted online by Monday, March 4, 2013 at 5 pm.  Notifications will be made by Wednesday, March 6, 2013 at 3:00 pm. If you will not be allowed to choose an apartment, you MUST reorganize!

Apartment Selection begins Thursday, March 7, 2013.  You will be emailed your exact selection time.

 

 If you’re applying for the Residence Halls:

 Suites, Singles, & Triples:

Your License Agreement and Group Roster must be submitted online by Monday, March 11, 2013 at 5 pm.  Notifications will be made by Wednesday, March 13, 2013 at 3:00 pm. If you will not be able to choose a suite, single, or triple you MUST reorganize!

Suites, Singles, & Triples Selection beginsThursday, March 14, 2013.  You will be emailed your exact selection time. 

Doubles:

Your License Agreement and Group Roster must be submitted online by Monday, March 18, 2013 at 5 pm.  Notifications will be made by Wednesday, March 20, 2013 at 3:00 pm.

Doubles Selection begins Thurday, March 21, 2013.  You will be emailed your exact selection time. 

 

Current residents that want to be guaranteed a space for the Fall 2013 semester must pay a deposit and complete their online license agreement between February 11 and March 30, 2013.  You also must register for at least 14 credits by June 1, 2013.
