Spring Semester Closings

Spring Break

Residence Halls (Big Haus, Crossroads, Farside, Outback & Fort Awesome)

All residence halls close during spring break.  Residents should make travel arrangements prior to closing.

Apartments (The Olde, Alumni Village & The Commons)

Apartment residents remaining on campus during spring break will need to notify the Complex Office in J2-1.  A list will be generated and shared with University Police Department for usage in the case of an emergency.

May/End of Semester

All residence halls and apartments will close on May 13th 2009 at 10am.  Only graduating seniors and commencement volunteers will be permitted to remain in the residential facilities.  To check out:

• Make prior arrangements to be picked up by 10am
• Pack all your belongings and remove from your room
• The check out process cannot be completed unless the room is completely empty
• Contact your RA/CA to return your keys and complete your Residential Property Report (RPR)

Residents also have the option of completing an “express checkout”
