Students can order transcripts online through the National Student Clearinghouse.  Visit the transcript ordering page for more information.

Access the Course Schedule and your class schedule and grade information at Student Services.

The Registrar's Office is located on the first floor of the Student Services Building. Students can register for classes on the web or in person during specified registration periods. Payment for course registrations for Continuing Education nonmatriculated students and senior citizen auditors may be made at Student Accounts, also located on the first floor of the Student Services Building.

Important registration note:  Registration for course(s) means you assume responsibility for paying all tuition and fees associated with your registration.  Unless you drop courses or withdraw from the College by the published deadlines, you are responsible for the charges even if you do not attend a single class.  The liability and refund policy is available on the Student Financial Services web page.

  • Spring Recess: Saturday, March 31 - Sunday, April 8

Graduation Application Deadlines
Applications for graduation are due to the Registrar’s Office at the end of your junior year. Deadlines are as follows:

  • August 2012 graduation: due no later than Monday, December 5th
  • January 2013 graduation: due no later than Monday, December 5th
  • May 2013 graduation: due no later than May 1, 2012
  • Students overseas can submit an application when they return to campus the following semester, within three weeks of the start of the semester

All students must submit a graduation application along with their Degree Progress Report by the deadline in order to graduate. Graduation applications are available online through Forms link on the Registrar's homepage.
