International Student Finances

A US education is very expensive. Tuition, room and board at an undergraduate institution will cost from $15,000 to $40,000 a year, depending on the school. A graduate education can be even more expensive. There is some financial aid for foreign nationals to study in the US. 

Below you will find a description of how to access what aid is available, and a discussion of some of the problems you may encounter as you pay for a US education.

Information on loans open to international students can be found through Citibank, Key Bank or the International Student Loan Program.

In addition to these resources and materials, The Purchase College Financial Services website offers a wealth of information about identifying funding sources for both domestic and international students. Internal scholarships are specifically awarded to students enrolled at Purchase College, and international students are eligible for these scholarships!
