English as a Second Language (ESL) classes are offered:

• An intensive summer ESL program for newly admitted international students. The program combines reading, writing, listening and speaking classes with trips, tours and seminars designed to help students adjust to Purchase College academic requirements. This program is required for students who do not meet the usual ESL standards for Purchase College.  Programs not offered at Purchase College, but rather through other local colleges and universities. 
• ESL courses offered throughout the academic year at Manhattanville College.
