Roof work is complete and new curtain wall glass has been installed.  Contractor is finalizing the outstanding punchlist items.

Project Overview

Capital Facilities Planning reviewed an Infrared Thermographic Roof Moisture Analysis (received in June 2009) from Infra Red Analyzers, and generated the details and estimate (time and cost) of the work necessary to the PAC roof.

Various sections of roof at the Performing Arts Center are failing resulting in water seeping through the damaged membrane and damping the insulation. There was a need to identify the various failed sections of the roof so that they can be repaired.
