Capital Facilities Planning, Facilties Management, the PAC Director, and San Fanandre Justin Architects will meet to identify the functions of the roof exhaust fans and the need for roof access.

The Project Scope is also being verified.

The Design is scheduled for completion by the end of 2010 and will tentatively Bid in early 2011.

Project Specifications

Capital Facilities Planning reviewed an Infrared Thermographic Roof Moisture Analysis (received in June 2009) from Infra Red Analyzers, and generated the details and estimate (time and cost) of the work necessary to the PAC roof.

Various sections of roof at the Performing Arts Center are failing resulting in water seeping through the damaged membrane and damping the insulation. There was a need to identify the various failed sections of the roof so that they can be repaired.
