A kick-off meeting with Dimitri Construction took place on July 21st, 2010—work is scheduled to begin in late August 2010.

The project is now transitioning from Charles Wellcome as Project Manager to Sayim Malik as Project Manager

Protection around the Facilities Management Group building, the garage, and the heating plant will need coordination due to the proximity of the entrance road and the garage openings.

Construction completion is scheduled for June 2011.

Project Specifications

This project will be a total roof removal and replacement for Service Buildings. Schematic phase has been approved. Per CFP request this project will now include the boiler plant roof to the scope.
