The Health Services project completely renovated approximately 7,500 square feet of the lower level at Campus Center South to create a new facility for the Health Services Department. The Department now features new examination, observation and treatment rooms, a reception area, a nursing suite of offices, an expanded waiting room as well as a large conference room. In addition, the project equally addressed the HVAC, Data / Telecom, Plumbing and Electrical systems. In coordination with the Site / Civil project, the water damage caused by major leaks over a period of years was addressed.
