There was a walkthrough on July 15th, 2010, led by Capital Facilities Planning and O’Dea Lynch Abbattista, with seven contractors in attendance. The walkthrough yielded a question in regards relocating the BMS panel. CFP and OLA met on July 27th, 2010 to write an Addendum to the Bid regarding the BMS panel, which was submitted to the contractors in attendance.
The Bid Open Question and Answer period occurred between July 19th and July 22nd, 2010.
Bids are due August 11th, 2010, by 1:00 PM.
Project Specifications
There are currently only two electric meters, located in the Operations Facility, which will be increased to forty-one meters, that will be situated around campus to read each building's electrical usage.
The meters will be linked with the campus energy management system and campus electrical demand will be remotely monitored by the Facilities personnel.
