For groups consisting of 10 or more students representing an educational institution or community agency, we are happy to make arrangements to provide a tour and information session outside of our regularly scheduled events. The Campus Visit Request & Code of Conduct Form
This form must be submitted at least 4 weeks in advance of requested date via email:email@example.com. Requests are reviewed weekly and a response will generally be given within 10 business days of submission. The form is available in the following formats:
Once Visit is Approved:
Print out and have your students fill out the Campus Visit Inquiry Card. All forms need to be submitted to the admissions receptionist the day of your visit. The form is available in the following formats:
