Italian History and Culture

This course is a survey of Italian history and culture from the Romans through the fall of Mussolini at the end of World War II. Students will read and discuss some samples of Italian literature, as well as consider art, architecture, immigration to the Americas, and screen several Italian films. (4 credits)
