The Youth Programs in the Arts at Purchase College provide a unique opportunity to spend the summer exploring the visual and performing arts under the guidance of experienced instructors and practicing artists. Grouped by grade, the Youth Programs are designed to enable the exploration of a variety of artistic genres.

• Youth and Precollege Programs in the Arts do not meet on Wednesday, July 4, 2012.
• Each program meets 9:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m., Monday–Friday.
• Students who have completed eighth grade may choose between Youth and/or Precollege Programs (except for the Visual Arts Institute, for which students must have completed ninth grade).
• Early drop-off and extended-day 2, 4, and 6-week options are also available.
• Each program concludes with a student performance, publication, or exhibition for friends and family.
• Save more than 10% when you register and pay in full by the early registration deadline: Friday, May 4, 2012
• Come to the Open House on Saturday, April 21, 2012 to meet the instructors and tour the campus. RSVP at www.purchase.edu/cersvp

• One partial scholarship of $725 is available for the summer 2012 youth programs. The application will be posted by Friday, March 2, 2012. The recipient will be notified by Friday, April 6, 2012.
