The Purchase College February Portfolio Review Day is open only to those who have applied for admission to the School of Art+Design for the upcoming Fall 2012 semester. Applicants are required to make a reservation through their myPurchase accounts.
This event provides students applying to the School of Art+Design an opportunity to show their work in its original format and visit with the professors they will be having for classes. Students are required to bring examples of their original art work. Students can also bring materials, such as the slide/CD portfolio, letters of recommendation, essay, etc. that they need to finish their application to the School.
Participation in our Portfolio Review Days is not mandatory, but highly recommended. Participants will receive final application decisions within 5 business days of the review!
Confirmed registrants are asked to check-in to the Visual Arts Building, Room 1016, 15 minutes before your assigned time.
In addition to the Portfolio Reviews, prospective students have the opportunity to meet faculty and current students, tour the Visual Arts Building as well as the enitre campus, meet the Director of the School, and ask questions to representatives from Residence Life, Career Services, and Admissions. Please see the schedule of events for the day below:
