PORTFOLIO REVIEW DAYS
There are no more Portfolio Review oppurtunities for the 2009-2010 academic year. High School Sophomores and Juniors and prospective transfer students, we will see you next year!
Students who have applied to Purchase College this academic year can check their application status by visiting their myPurchase page.
The Purchase February Portfolio Review Day is open only to those who have applied for admission to Purchase College School of Art+Design for the upcoming Fall 2010 semester.
Students have the opportunity to meet faculty and current students, tour the visual arts building facilities, meet the Dean of the School, have questions answered by representatives from Residence Life, Financial Aid, Career Services, and International Programs, as well as tour the overall campus.
This event provides students applying to the School of Art+Design an opportunity to show their work in its original format and visit with the professors they will be having for classes. Students are required to bring examples of their original art work. Students can also bring materials, such as the slide/CD portfolio, letters of recommendation, essay, etc. that they need to finish their application to the School.
Participation in our Portfolio Review Days is not mandatory, but highly recommended. Participants will receive final application decisions within 5 business days of the review!

Thank you to all students, guests, and schools that participated in our National Portfolio Day in November - it was a great success!
High School Freshmen, Sophomores, and Juniors: we’ll see you again next year!
Off campus reviews constitute National Portfolio Day events as well as some regional events in the area. For more information on National Portfolio Day events, please visit the National Portfolio Day website at www.portfolioday.net.
