How to Apply for Admission
to the Conservatory of Music
We are no longer accepting applications for Fall 2008 auditions.
In order to be considered for admission all applicants must:
- Apply to Purchase College. Your application should be submitted before beginning the audition process.
- Audition for the Conservatory of Music. Please schedule an audition by finding your program below and following the instructions.
Jazz Studies, Studio Production, Voice and Opera Studies
These programs have a two-step audition process; the first step is a recorded audition, which should be mailed with the Audition Request Form and the $54 nonrefundable audition fee to the address on the form.
Composition, Instrumental Performance, and Studio Composition
Prescreening is not required for these programs. To obtain an audition appointment, please mail the Audition Request Form with the nonrefundable $54 audition fee to the address on the form.
