Reba Adler

Ms. Adler earned her Bachelors' Degree from Oberlin Conservatory of Music; and her MA and PhD. from New York University in Performance Studies. She has lectured in art, dance, and film history and interdisciplinary studies at such institutions as Saint John's University, Colorado College, Dance Theatre of Harlem, and New York University.
A freelance classical music singer in NYC, Ms. Adler has served as archivist at the Dance Collection, NYPL, Lincoln Center, and the Shubert Archive, and has written on various topics in the arts and sports history. Presently , in addition to teaching at Purchase College, Ms. Adler teaches at Hunter College, CUNY, and Marymount Manhattan College.
