If you are interested in having an event on Friday or Saturday evenings, you must complete the following procedure in order to solidify your event and space.

First, you must schedule a meeting with either Rebecca Halligan or the PSGA Student Activities Coordinator a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the event.

At this meeting, you will discuss the details surrounding your event and complete the venue access form. To review the form prior to your meeting, you can access it by clicking the link at the bottom of this page.

If your event is approved, you will be able to make the event and room reservation on RMS. Please do not make room reservations on RMS until you have met with the above persons and have filled out a venue access form!

This new procedure is applicable to ALL spaces on campus, including outdoor venues on Friday and Saturday evenings.
