Held before the start of the fall and spring semesters, these two retreats are meant to encourage the clubs and organizations to hit the ground running. Workshops such as event planning and scheduling and collaboration techniques are conducted to assist in this effort.
A collaboration with CoCOaS from the PSGA, this workshop series occurs on alternating Thursdays from the regular CoCOaS meetings. Topics range from recruiting new membership to how to create inclusive programming for the student club and organization representatives.
The Collective consists of various students, faculty and staff who have an interest in advancing the interests and issues pertaining to gender equity and women's identiy both at Purchase and in society as a whole. The Collective serves as the primary advising body for the Women's History Month programming in March. The Leadership Conference, a day long event dedicated to workshops on hot topics, serves as the culminating and premier event on the Month's schedule of events.
