Jon Faddis Performs at Newport Jazz Festival August 8

Faddis will perform with his quartet on the Harbor Stage and will be a special guest with Arturo O'Farrill and the Afro Latin Jazz Orchestra on the Fort Stage.

The Newport Jazz Festival takes place August 6-8 at the International Tennis Hall of Fame at Newport Casino and at Fort Adams State Park. Wynton Marsalis, Chick Corea, Herbie Hancock are among the performers at this event produced by George Wein's New Festival Productions.

Jon Faddis and his quartet will appear on the Harbor Stage on August 8 and he will be a guest artist with Arturo O'Farrill and his Latin Jazz Orchestra on the Fort Stage the same day.
