Professor Joseph Ferry's SKA Album Wins Award

The album is Ferry’s second release on the Shantytown label.  His music includes reggae, ska, blues, klezmer, lounge, classical and jazz.  Professor Ferry chairs the Studio Production Department at Purchase.

He is a record producer and performer, with numerous Grammy nominations, who has performed with such artists as Barbara Streisand, David Bowie and Roberta Flack.  In his career spanning 30 years, he has written and produced music for a number of motion pictures and television programs.
