David Schwarz Project 7
The School of Art+Design presents the work of Tobias Putrih from the Neuberger Museum’s exhibition of this important contemporary artist. Putrih is a Slovenian artist who lives and works in New York City and Ljubljana. His pieces, frequently created through obsessive processes, were inspired by his childhood experience of and subsequent meditations on failed Soviet-style social utopianism as it shaped such powerful cultural practices as the cinema, architecture and design, and science.
